Refund and Exchanges
SEXYBEE RETURNS POLICY
Your satisfaction is very important to us, therefore if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase please contact us ASAP.
14 day ‘No Quibble’ policy. Products may be returned for a refund when unopened and received within 14 days of receipt. Products will either have a cellophane outer cover or a tamper-proof sticker. If these are intact, we will provide or request your refund immediately.
30-day refund policy for faulty items. If an item develops a fault within 30 days of receipt, we will offer you an exchange or refund for the item. In line with our hygiene policy, we may request photos or videos of the fault/damage.
12 month guarantee. If an item develops a fault 30 days after receipt but within a 12 month period you will be eligible for an exchange of the item. In line with our hygiene policy, we may request photos or videos of the fault/damage.
All items must be returned with a returns code and requested documentation. This code will be given by Bella - email@example.com
You MUST return all leaflets, cards, instruction manuals and packaging with your order (even if it is faulty) as we may not be able to process your replacement without this information.
In line with our strict hygiene regulations, all requested returns must be clean, double wrapped and clearly marked.
Please do not return any items without a returns code as they may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Customers will be responsible for the return postage cost of ‘non-faulty’ items.
We do value your custom and do our very best to resolve any issues that may arise.
